An International digital-experience trailblazer rebooted their multi-country showcase. With an ambitious vision in mind, and staging a full venue takeover, they sought EES to help transform the space into a futuristic and exciting setting for their lineup of expert speakers, insightful breakout sessions, and an unforgettable after-party.

Solutions

With a content-packed agenda of talks, networking, and breakout sessions, it was important to make effective use of the full venue to immerse attendees in their digital themes. To echo this, we meticulously designed the production in the networking area to seamlessly accommodate both a vibrant standing lunch and a thrilling after-party, complete with a digital graffiti wall and interactive stations.

The third event showcase was a resounding success, exceeding client expectations on multiple fronts: “The EES team were brilliant, they collaborated wonderfully with our other on-site suppliers, as we had multiple different areas of the venue to set up in a very short space of time, to bring everything together and deliver a smooth event. Objective

A nation's financial institution held its annual Sales Kick-Off meeting in Denver, CO, and entrusted Engage Event Solutions with crafting a signature welcome dinner that would reflect the brand's prestige. The goal was to create an event that would set the tone for the upcoming conference and for the year ahead.

Solutions

EES had utilized projection mapping to fully customize entire tables for their SKO event, creating a fantastic icebreaker for networking occasions. The possibilities with this technology had been extensive: custom video animations were employed to introduce courses, share the story behind each wine, and entertain diners with engaging animations between services. Instead of traditional name cards, names and notes were projected directly onto the tables. With the audience’s focus on their plates, there had been a unique opportunity to reinforce messages and ensure that the brand remained top-of-mind.

We Indulged guests in a symphony of colors and elevate their dining experience. Guiding the dinner on an unforgettable journey of sight and taste. This visual extravaganza was a branded experience, with immersive storytelling and crafted bespoke visuals that aligns perfectly with the event objectives and brand identity.

- 25th Gala -

Objective

To celebrate the 25th Anniversary of a local University, Engage Event Solutions was directed to deliver “on a tight budget, something unique and not off-the-shelf.”  With the theme Our Foundation is our Future, the client wanted to celebrate their significant milestone with alumni, students and philanthropists.

Solutions

By blending a library of university media content with VJ solutions and custom décor, EES successfully realized the theme within budget, creating a memorable event. They also included a lounge for guests to socialize and network, while entertainment energize the crowd and get everyone dancing. The styling throughout the event incorporated the university’s colors and branding.

Key Results

The 25th anniversary featured a remarkable look back at the wonderful achievements of the University. As well as a featured 3D fly-through of upcoming projects that engaged the audience and solidified a foundation for the future.
